Zazzle is renowned for their t-shirts, but a few years ago they came out with a candy, and cookie line that is scrumptious. If you are planning a special gathering or need to give a gift to co-worker, family, friend or neighbor you cannot go wrong with the sugar cookies or chocolate candy box that is customized with your own greeting.

Know that last Christmas I gave my brother the chocolate covered Oreo cookies with an adorable snowman design and customized holiday greeting. So how good are they? My brother told me that after he tasted one he decided he would keep for himself so he hid them in his man-cave.

Decorating Easter Egg Trees

I was up early and out the door by 9AM because I had to meet with clients to decorate their Easter tree with ceramic and figurine ornaments that they bought from zazzle.com,  The ceramic ornaments used were pastel colors and were classic Easter and spring season egg designs.

Many people will celebrate the spring season by decorating an Easter holiday tree.  There are no rules for decorating the tree. So I would suggest that you create a tree with your family and make it a yearly tradition.

I prefer to use spring colors when decorating my Easter tree and I will add traditional flat ceramic ornaments and egg-style ornaments along with rabbit figurines and faux spring flowers.

There are a variety of Easter trees.  I bought a small tabletop Christmas tree and use it as my Easter tree.  Other people buy a bare white branch tree and use it as their holiday tree.

An Easter tree is for everyone however I have found that families with small children and the elderly really enjoy the festive tree. Most trees are small and are perfect for dining, foyer, or coffee table display. Many trees come decorated, and a few are lighted. Most trees have space for a few of your own ornaments.

Flowy Boyfriend Style T-Shirt

Summer will be here before you know it and now is the time to shop for warm weather clothing.  Normally I wear prima cotton t-shirts with everything during the summer months. But this year I want to add a fashion look to my outfits and found that this white flowy boyfriend style t-shirt, with the ladybug print, has a look that I love.  

I love the neckline because necklaces will look pretty and the cut is flattering for many women. The sleeves and the body of the shirt are not constricting like the classic knit T-shirt instead, it has a flowy appearance.  The fabric is airy, light to the touch which is perfect for the hot summer months.

Here is a fashion set that I designed it shows you how this flowy shirt looks when worn with black leggings and coordinated with red accessories.    

 Note: This shirt runs small so if you love it I would recommend sizing up.  I normally wear a medium but bought the large and it fits perfectly.

Cozy Fleece Blankets for Pets

Today I shopped at Zazzle and found cute fleece blankets with animal prints for cats or dogs. The blankets shown are small fleece sizes for babies and there are also stroller blankets which the perfect size for the cat carrier, kitten box, or to set on a chair cushion for a small cat to lie on.

I thought this blanket would be a good way to protect my chair from pet hair. Plus a good way to keep a cat or dog warm and cozy during the winter months.

Here is the design that I like. The pink cat and dog pattern is adorable and there is an area to add pets name or other words. My friend got a new Pomeranian and this blanket would make a darling gift for her new dog.

The pet blankets are available in larger sizes at Zazzle. The larger sizes are useful in cool rooms or in garages. Fold the blanket over and lie on the floor and this will prevent the cat or dog from feeling cold. If you have to take your cat to the veterinarian then cover their carrier with the blanket and the cat will feel less anxious while riding in the car.

Cats may be hesitant about lying on the blanket so I would recommend that you spray it lightly with liquid catnip and your cat will love the fleece blanket. When the kitty approves then they will think of the blanket as theirs. 



Shop at Zazzle for the baby blankets because this size is perfect for a small dog or cat they are the perfect size 39’ length by 28-inch width. the print is on one side and the back is a solid color. The blanket is made from 100% polyester fleece that is soft to the touch. When my cat is cold she will lie under the fleece blanket.

Fabulous Red Legging Outfit

When you think of a legging outfit many women assume that this type of clothing is intended for activewear. However, leggings are meant to be worn to exercise but also for shopping, hanging out and more.

Legging outfits are no longer solid bottom with print or plain top. There are many colors and patterns to choose from which makes wearing a legging outfit more fun.

Plus depending on the quality and the design of the legging you may be able to dress it up by wearing a boyfriend sweater, blouse, jacket with accessories and heels. Or dress it down with sneakers or sandals.

Legging outfits are being shopped to replace the jean look. Don’t get me wrong women still love their favorite jeans, but many do prefer the fit and the comfort of a legging outfit.

Know that Zazzle.com came out with a fabulous activewear clothing-line and there is a legging that fits and feels fabulous. The tank tops are not skimpy and are cut for women. Very flattering for women who are curvy.

I prefer to wear leggings with hoodie and boyfriend sweater in the winter so I did design a few legging outfits with matching tops. Today I created a red pattern legging outfit from one of my digital design. The abstract pattern has the primary color of red, but there are also blue and black which means you can mix and match with other colors in your wardrobe.

Here is a fashion set that I created at Polyvore. It shows you a doll wearing the red legging outfit. I coordinated this outfit with black accessories and you can see that you can dress it up or wear it as a casual outfit. Change out the boots for black sneakers, then wear a black jacket and you will look fabulous.

Zazzle Activewear Product Review

I have been shopping at local stores and online for workout outfits and have not found anything that I liked because the tops that go with the legging prints are too skimpy and I would prefer a cotton t-shirt with the same design as the legging.

If I were younger say in my mid-twenties and not married the body-hugging activewear tops to show off your abs would be okay but I am married and this type of clothing is not what I am shopping for.

I found legging outfits online at Walmart.com and Amazon.com but the active-wear tops/leggings were plain, solid colors and no patterns. Then I learned that zazzle sells active-wear and I found that the leggings and the matching shirts and tank tops were fabulous.

Design Ideas for Outdoor Living Space

Today I was talking to a friend of mine and they asked me if I had any ideas on how to .make their outdoor living space more exciting. She told me that her house was white with black trim and the deck matched the homes color scheme. They had a black table and stainless steel grill.  She thought the overall ambiance was drab.

Know that when interior space is small or drab I always update the space with yellow and green color accessories. So I did not have to think about her request I knew that yellow accessories would make her deck cheerful.

I suggested that she paint her patio table and chairs black then change out the cushions to sage green, beige or pale yellow. A solid seating cushion would be better than prints because it allows you to accent the seating printed outdoor pillows.

The deck featured a stone fountain and container gardens with primarily green plants growing. I suggested that she buy colorful ceramic tiles to add to the base of the stone fountain or do a line of tiles down the one side to add color and interest. As for the planters, I thought a climbing rose bush in pink or red or Clematis vine growing in a container with trellis would look nice.
